My work explores what can be done with clay, how you can change it and work it while still retaining a recognisable ceramic object. I aim for forms with an energy and life, looking for spontaneity and pots that are fluid yet strong.

My influences come from many different sources, with elements of moving images and graphic art, as well as landscape, finding a way into my pieces.

I've exhibited extensively and my work can be found in collections in Japan, Switzerland, The Netherlands, France, Germany and the USA, as well as the UK.

​

I live in Cornwall, with a studio on the edge of West Penwith.
